You can receive your membership card by contacting customer service, and it will be issued automatically after your first rental.

You earn loyalty points by renting from branches or through the website. The program awards 1 point for every 1 SAR spent on paid rentals, and points are added automatically after the contract is closed.

 

The points’ validity depends on the membership tier:

  • Bronze and Silver membership points expire after 12 months from the date of earning.
  • Gold and Platinum membership points expire after 18 months from the date of earning.

 

You can redeem your earned points through the following options:

  • Rental discounts
  • Membership tier upgrades
  • Additional kilometers

No, accounts cannot be merged, and memberships cannot be transferred to another person.
